Death of Mrs. Jay Booth
Mrs. Jay Booth, daughter of Charles Warrington of Camden, died in
Monmouth on Thursday of last week following a brief illness of pneumonia. The remains were brought to Rushville Friday and taken to
Camden, where funeral services were hold on Saturday. We take the following sketch from the Monmouth Atlas:
Lulu Warrington was born in Camden in October, 1887, and spent the
greater part of her life in that vicinity. She was united in marriage July 15, 1906 to Jay Booth and to this union three children
were born, all of whom are living. They are Earl, aged 3, Helen aged 2, and Ada, an infant born ten days ago at the
hospital.
The deceased has resided in the city since last spring and altho her
residence here has been short, she has made a host of friends who will be shocked to learn of her sudden death. Besides a husband
and three children she leaves a father, Charles Warrington and two sisters and two brothers to mourn her death. They are Clyde,
Nettie, Nora, and Mrs. Cora Lashbrook, all of whom live Camden.
