and thirty-four (2434) links North of the Southwest corner of said tract
of land and running thence north three hundred and four (304) links, thence
south eighty-two (82) degrees east eighty-two (82) links, thence three
hundred and seven (307) links, thence north seventy-eight (78) degrees
west eighty-two (82) links to the beginning, containing one-fourth (1/4)
of an acre more or less
It being fully understood
that the above described tract of land is to be used as a family burying
ground forever and for no other purpose.
