Chapman; John Pickinpaugh; M. L. DeCounter.
Item 1 above: Bridget Rooney, 66 of Camden, Schuyler Co., IL and Emma
Ridings, 44, of Camden, Schuyler Co., IL state that they were present at
the birth of Peter Frederick DeCounter on July 21, 1883, and that no
physician was present. It was signed by Bridget Rooney with her mark
attested by Emma Ridings; and signed by Emma Ridings with Nelson Ridings
attesting her signature.
