Highway Appointment: Schuyler County, Town of Woodstock Whereas a vacancy has occured in the office of overseer of highways for road district No. five in said town by reason of refusal to serve on account of not being eligible to town office Now therefore we the undersigned commissioners of highways of said town do hereby appoint James Ridings as overseer of highways of and for said road district in said to fill said vacancy.
