Mary Ann Hollenbeck and George H. Hollenbeck her husband of Pike County, Missouri, for $100.00 convey to James Tomlinson of Town of Woodstock, Schuyler Co., IL all interest in the following real estate:

The North East quarter of the North East quarter of Section 7 and the North West quarter of the North West quarter of Section 8, all in Township 2 North of Range 1 East of the 4 P.M. except one half acre in the tract first described now being used as a cemetery or burying ground, and also all right, title, and interest in and to the estates of Roswell Jennings deceased, and to the Estate of Mary S. Jennings, deceased, both of said estates being in the County and Circuit Courts of Schuyler County, Illinois, or any distributive share or shares from said estates, said land being situated in the County of Schuyler, State of Illinois.

It being our intention hereby to convey all our right, title and interest of any kind or nature whatsoever as an heir at law and daughter of said Roswell Jennings and Mary S. Jennings.

[This land is in Browning Township. The burying ground would be what is now known as Tracy or Mitchell Cemetery, the assumed burial place of Roswell & Mary Jennings.]
