IL for $1.00 to Emily Ridings of Schuyler Co., IL real estate:

The North East quarter of Section 9; the North East quarter of the
South West quarter of Section 9; the North West quarter of the South East
quarter of Section 9; and that part of the East half of the South East
quarter of Section 9 which lies North of Crooked Creek all in Township 2
North, Range 3 West of the 4th P.M.

This deed is made to release the reservation in deed dated April 10,
1910, and recorded in Book 89, page 311, of a home for grantor and the
annual payment of Five hundred dollars by the grantee to the grantor.
