Misc. Deed Record:
Samuel Tomlinson states that he is the same Samuel Tomlinson, one of
the grantors in a Warranty deed dated Sep 21, 1908, recorded in Book 88,
page 186, wherein this affiant and his sister Elizabeth Tomlinson
conveyed property to Nortin Quinn, being the West half of the southeast
quarter of section 28, tornship 2N, Range 2 W of the 4th p.m.
He further states that on Sep 21, 1908, he was a bachelor and that his
sister Elizabeth Tomlinson was a maiden lady, neither of said parties
having ever been married.
