The Last will and Testament of Shelton Luttrell of the Township of Browning in the County of Schuyler and the State
of Illinois made and published the 14 Day of April in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy- Six.
In the name of God Amen. I Shelton Luttrell of the Township of Browning in the County of Schuyler and State
of Illinois aged eighty one years being of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare this my last will and testament in the following manner, That is
to say, First it is my will that my funeral expenses and all just debts be fully paid.
second, I devise, will, and bequeath to my wife, Sarah Luttrell, all my Estate both real and personal during
her natural life time. and after her death it is my will that the property be sold and the money divided in the following manner. To the heirs of my deceased
daughter Mahala Luttrell I devise, will, and bequeath the sum of one dollar each, and the residue of my estate to be equally divided between my other six children
or their
legal representatives.
In writing where of I have here unto set my hand and seal the fourteenth day of April in the year of our Lord One
