WILLIAM W. GLAZE was born February 18, 1825, in Scioto County, Ohio. His father, Jacob Glaze, was born in the same county, but his father was a native of Virginia, although he died in Scioto. Mr. Glaze, Sr., was a farmer all his life, and died in the county where his entire life was spent, in 1844. WILLIAM T. TREADWAY came to Cass County (then Morgan) with his parents in 1829. He was the son of Edward and Elizabeth (Anderson) Treadway, natives of Maryland, raised near Baltimore.
