Fellows alsoserved as probate judge, county clerk, circuit clerk and recorder, andheld all these offices until 1835. The firstpost office in Schuyler County was a log cabin built by Postmaster HartFellows on the corner lot on the north side of the Rushville square, andserved as both a post office and general store.
