The Last will and Testamentof Shelton Luttrell of the Township of Browning in the County of Schuylerand the State of Illinois made and published the 14 Day of April in theyear of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy- Six.

In the name of God Amen. I Shelton Luttrell of the Township of Browning in the County of Schuylerand State of Illinois aged eighty one years being of sound mind and memorydo make publish and declare this my last will and testament in the followingmanner,  That is to say, First it is my will that my funeral expensesand all just debts be fully paid.

second,  I devise, will,and bequeath to my wife, Sarah Luttrell, all my Estate both real and personalduring her natural life time. and after her death it is my will that theproperty be sold and the money divided in the following manner.  Tothe heirs of my deceased daughter Mahala Luttrell I devise, will, and bequeaththe sum of one dollar each, and the residue of my estate to be equallydivided between my other six children or their
legal representatives.

In writing where of I havehere unto set my hand and seal the fourteenth day of April in the yearof our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and seventy-six.         Shelton   ( His  X  Mark ) Luttrell
