ZachariahT. GAPEN and Margaret McGEE were married about 1822?

ZachariahT. GAPEN and Margaret are buried in the Gapen Cemetery, four miles northeast of  Rushville, Illinois, on Route 24.  This cemetery islocated in the southwest quarter of section 3, Rushville Twp. It is onthe farm owned by Thomas GAPEN in 1872.  Margaret (McGEE) GAPEN diedin a cholera epidemic so severe that their son, Thomas, was forced to buryher by himself.
